-RECEPTION: Open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm.

- BREAKFAST: Served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am in the designated breakfast room or outside.

- WIFI: IKD HOTEL VAN GOGH network. No password required. Accept the terms of use.

-SWIMMING POOL: open from 9 am to 8 pm.

- GYM: accessible from 10 am to 8 pm.

- BAR: open from 8 am to 9 pm.

- Check-in: from 2 pm.

-Check-out: please vacate your room before 11 am.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

- KEYS: for security reasons, keys must remain within the hotel premises. Please leave them at reception when you depart the property. - TOBACCO: Ashtrays are available at the pool and on the terraces. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and throughout the hotel. - BED LINEN: If you are staying with us for several days, we change the bed linen every 4 days to conserve water while ensuring your comfort. - TOWELS: In an effort to be eco-friendly, towels left hanging are not replaced. Those left on the floor will be automatically changed.

- PROBLEM IN YOUR ROOM: In the event of any problem in your room, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly.

- WAKE-UP CALL: If you wish to be woken up at a specific time, please inform reception no later than the day before so that we can arrange your wake-up call.

For the security of the parking lot and the building, the gate closes every evening at 9:00 PM.

You can access the property using the code that will be provided to you upon arrival.

- DRINKS: The hotel does not offer restaurant service but has a full liquor license (Category IV) allowing the service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar.

- Rooms with Terrace: You are welcome to enjoy food from outside on your terrace.

- Rooms without Terrace: The hotel offers pleasant common areas. If you wish to enjoy meals or food brought from outside, we kindly ask that you also purchase a drink from the bar.

- LOW ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT TRANSPORTATION: Bus schedules and bicycle rentals are available at reception (Information & Maps)
